Enhances the guest experience.
Provides friendly, courteous and prompt service to guests.
Scoops and hand packs properly.
Prepares all menu items correctly.
Prepares ice cream cakes.
Operates cash register and handles cash transactions correctly.
Works to maintain a clean, sanitary and attractive Shop.
Restocks all products and supplies.
Defrosts and cleans dipping cabinets.
Understands and is prepared to explain all products and promotions.
Employees complete all learning modules on our internal APP, HDScoops.
Takes direction from Shop management.
Reports to work on time and as scheduled, wearing a complete uniform.
Maintains a neat and clean personal appearance.
Works to be promoted to position of Shift Leader, if desired.
