Job Description o Concentration on centralized shared services within the system o Liaison with Supply Chain management to analyze operations and facility allocations. o Serve as finance subject matter expert on pharmacy related initiatives o Liaison with Facilities Development management to analyze operations and facility allocations o Coordinates with centralized contract owners regarding payments and analyzing new needs o Prepare ad-hoc analyses, presentations and provide financial support for Central Office activities o Provides general supervision and offers guidance on improving workflows and best practices o Maintains monthly supply chain savings tracker o Meets with Strategic Growth and Financial Plan team members and providing ongoing updates o Preparation of tracking templates to analyze and better communicate to stakeholders o Assist in development of central office dashboards o Prepares special studies and analysis relevant to fiscal and accounting matters. Minimum Qualifications 1. A master's degree with a major in accounting, finance or business administration, with emphasis on accounting and financial systems from an accredited college or university; and five (5) years of responsible-level experience in fiscal management or administration with an emphasis in financial systems, management information and controls, of which at least three (3) years shall have been in a responsible supervisory, administrative or management capacity; or 2. A baccalaureate degree with a major in related fields, as indicated in (1) above, from an accredited college or university; and six (6) years of experience as indicated in (1) above, of which at least three (3) years shall have been in a responsible supervisory, administrative or management-level capacity; and 3. Knowledge of total accounting and financial management both in systems theory and practice; or 4. A satisfactory equivalent of education, training and experience. Department Preferences Preference will be given to qualified candidates with the following knowledge, abilities, education experience and/or skills:
o Health care policy, including finance, reimbursement, revenue management, financial analysis, budgeting o Strong project management skills, including proactively identifying needs, highly organized and detail-oriented o Strong analytical skills o Strong communication skills o Ability to work in fast-paced environments with competing priorities o Ability to work well independently o Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, Adobe Suite
Salary Range:
$80K -- $110K
Minimum Qualification
Operations Management, Healthcare ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
