The company is headquartered in Tampa, Florida The Company is developing a hybrid working environment projected to be 3 days in office and 2 days remote during the 2022 calendar year. Responsibilities The Senior Manager, Sales Analytics & Revenue Management will develop insights and analysis to drive improved performance from our virtual and in-person sales teams. They will take a dynamic, pragmatic approach to solving problems and capturing the company's biggest opportunities. They will focus on generating revenue via operational efficiencies, optimization, performance management, and new ideas & initiatives. A successful candidate for this role will act with a high level of autonomy and will manage strategic projects end-to-end. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient data analysis and visualization of performance, metrics, and strategies used to make critical business decisions and will have significant C-level exposure, offering opportunity to quickly prove personal value to company performance and to quickly advance within the company. Duties and Responsibilities Own data modeling and analysis supporting national sales team, including identifying trends and drivers. Evaluate sales team performance to identify opportunities for efficiencies, optimization, and to drive revenue. Act as a liaison between senior leadership, sales operations, and data & reporting teams to define, standardize and automate reporting and analysis needs for daily, tactical decision making Work closely with data & reporting teams to identify data gaps and opportunities, define data requirements for projects and design systems of measurement for business activity Lead and execute complex data related analytical projects to drive business decisions and efficiencies, including managing cross-functional project teams with business partners from Finance, Operations, Marketing and more Guide and develop technical skills and analytical methods of junior team members in a collaborative environment to deliver critical insights on short timeframes Daily & monthly revenue forecasting & analysis across products and lines of business Daily & monthly forecasting for sales team metrics & performance targets Frequently present to, and collaborate with, CEO & direct reports Qualifications Education/Training:
Bachelor's degree or 5
years professional experience required.
Experience:
5 years' experience performing complex analytics Experience in multi-channel commercial organizations Proven business acumen in banking, consulting, financial services, or a multi-door and/or virtual sales environment supporting D2C sales Technical or Administrative Knowledge:
Advanced skills with data visualization tools including Tableau and/or Power BI SQL skills, including creating tables and views, using CTEs, temporal tables and more Advanced knowledge of regression methods, optimization, time series models and more in Python or R Special Skills and Abilities:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, interpret and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to clearly and concisely present analysis and recommend specific action(s) to be taken Ability to manage multiple priorities with strict deadlines and time constraints Strong ability to multi-task, use personal judgment, utilize strong decision making and follow-up skills. Strong presentation skills with ability to synthesize take-aways and recommendations from analysis Ability to work quickly across boundaries and collaborate with other departments for results
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
Sales Management & Operations, SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
